The Heart Remembers - Stories Siddhi Ma, Sound & Mantra with Arjun Bruggeman
The Heart Remembers— Stories of Siddhi Ma, Sound & Mantra with Arjun Bruggeman
Saturday, September 19 | 4-6pm
Join us for a rare evening in the company of Arjun Bruggeman — musician, devotee, and long-time student of Siddhi Ma, one of the most beloved spiritual figures of our time.
Arjun will share intimate stories from his years at her feet — stories that carry the fragrance of her presence and the living transmission of her teachings. Together, we will settle into guided meditation, move through sacred mantra, and be held by a sound journey designed to dissolve the ordinary and open something deeper.
This is not a lecture. It is an evening of darshan in sound — of sitting together in the presence of what cannot easily be named, but can always be felt.
Come as you are. Bring an open heart.
Taking Refuge In Community
Taking Refuge In Community
Join Alex, Amy, and Bibi for an evening dedicated to radical calm and restoration. On this special Shalaversary day we will come together to honor our connection and utilize essential practices to bring the body, mind, and heart into a state of harmony.
This workshop will integrate Yin yoga, pranayama, mantra meditation, sound therapy, Reiki, and Yoga Nidra to regulate the nervous system. We invite you to find refuge in community at the Shala, quiet the external noise, and gather to practice techniques for centering and presencing. You will leave with practical tools to apply these methods to your daily life.
Please join us for two hours of calm and find sanctuary in Sangha. Take this time for yourself to step away from the daily hustle and rediscover your inner peace.
