Svadhyaya with Diane

Svadhyaya is the cultivation of awareness through self-study and reflection.

Originally I wasn’t going to post this picture for a variety of reasons (one being that the alignment of my bottom foot is off) but through self-reflection on the thoughts and emotions that were arising, it dawned on me that the picture was doing exactly what I originally intended which was to show how inclusive yoga could be in your body and life with the correct community and support evidenced by the wall and blocks.

Grateful for the ways that Svadhyaya can show up bringing awareness of our mindsets as well as physical and emotional  habits and patterns, along with the opportunities to redesign the manner in which we choose to think, what we choose to focus on and how we choose to show up in this world.

Are you ready to start exploring? Looking forward to seeing you on the mat! This will be a donation based class but above all I welcome your attendance and opportunity to teach as I embark on this new chapter in my yoga journey.
