We offer 30 minute meditations 3 days a week. These sessions are accessible to all, regardless of experience level. If you are interested in deepening or establishing a meditation practice, this program provides different lineages of practice and a community to support you on your journey.

Noah Hoffeld
A cellist and songwriter, Noah Hoffeld was a personal student of Ram Dass, an experience that changed his outlook on life forever. Noah began learning yoga and meditation twenty-five years ago, and today enjoys the study and practice of Buddhist philosophy and meditation under the guidance of Dzogchen Ponlop Rinpoche.
Paul Weinfield
Paul is a guiding teacher at Downtown Meditation. He has been practicing Buddhist meditation since 1995 and teaching in the Thai Forest Tradition since 2008. He is also a musician, writer, and former professor of Religion and Philosophy at Columbia University.
Angela Hassan
Angela Hassan is a certified meditation instructor and teacher of presence. Angela has experience working with people from all areas of life including youth and young adults, incarcerated individuals, individuals in hospice care, and those suffering from addiction.
