Yoga, music & art for little ones

We’re opening the shala to our youngest community members for a cozy afternoon of movement, music and making.

Parents get a free two-hour window to shop Newburgh’s small businesses while their kids spend the afternoon with us

12:30–1:30: Kids’ Yoga. Animal poses, breathing games and a story-led practice.
1:30–1:45: Snack time.
1:45–2:30: Music + Art. Singing, simple instruments and a craft to take home.

Join for for the full experience ($65) or message us if you need a one hour option ($35, pick yoga or music + art). Siblings get $5 off. Ages 3 to 6, and only 15 spots, so every little one gets real attention.

Grown-ups: drop off, shop, breathe. We’ve got the little ones. ✨
