YOGA NIDRA INTENSIVE

Join Masha Schmidt, L.Ac for a this day long workshop focusing on the Yoga Nidra Practice as a tool for self regulation. We will cover history & basics of the practice, restorative propping, and experience 2 Nidra meditations together. Throughout the following month, you will receive additional Nidra recordings and journaling prompts for your home practice. This workshop is a condensed version of DayDream’s month long Immersion.
Topics Covred:
Defining Nidra & Restorative Propping, Sanklapa & Intention, Nidra for Changing Habits, Science of Nidra & designing your personal practice
$120 for the workshop includes 4 weeks of recordings and final project review (if you wish to proceed to the Facilitator Training)
After our day together, you will receive 4 weekly emails with a recorded Nidra for practice. You will also receive a PDF manual. Recordings will be available for 6 weeks after the workshop and you will have that time frame to submit your practice Yoga Nidra recording. All submissions will receive feedback if desired.

Guided yoga nidra practice
Journaling & Self Reflection to design your most effective practice
Guided Yoga Nidra Practice.
No yoga experience necessary, come as you are and expand your capacity to relax on purpose.
For the workshop please bring pillows, towels, blankets, and an eye pillow or washcloth. You will also need a notebook or journal.
This immersion is a prerequisite for our Yoga Nidra for Changemakers Facilitator Training (May 2026)
