The Art of Unknowing
In our fast-paced world where productivity and perfection are rewarded, slow down and experience the unknown through the act of creation. Engage in mindful artmaking in a supportive group environment where we will practice focused meditation, pranayama (breathwork), and collage. No prior meditation, pranayama, or artmaking experience is necessary.
Art making supplies and bolsters will be provided and participants are welcome to bring their own art materials, personal sketchbook, and/or sitting cushions. Please let us know if you require a chair when you register.

Yasmine Awais is Assistant Professor of Psychology, Marist University and a board certified registered art therapist practicing in New York and Maryland.
