Sunset reset: An evening of deep rest
Featuring a Sound Bath, restorative yoga and Yoga Nidra Meditation
Join us for Sunset Reset as we explore our inner landscapes and radiance with an evening of Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, Pranayama, vibrational soundscapes with tuning forks, koshi chimes and singing bowls.
We will start with Restorative yoga to activate the relaxation response and relieve tension and stress by holding postures with minimal effort and surrendering to the earth while supported by bolsters and other props.
Next, we’ll use the powerful prana energy to balance the body and the mind with breathwork. Finishing off with an extended Savasana lying down in your cozy nest and listening to a guided yoga Nidra visualization meditation accompanied by a backdrop of soothing vibrational sound bath to allow you to drop into a deeper relaxed state of consciousness.
As you float in pure bliss between wakefulness and sleep, insights, creative thoughts and clarity can emerge that aid in self growth. Let all your worries melt away as you slowly and gently sink into the soundscape of a magical, summer sun descending below the horizon.
You are welcome to bring a journal for reflection as well as a blanket, eye covering, pillow or anything else to make yourself comfortable.
Michelle is a certified sound healer with a lifelong fascination with the power of sound. As a former DJ, she spent decades curating sonic experiences, and that same instinct for soundscapes now guides her therapeutic practice. Using vibration and tone, her sound baths invite people into a grounding, meditative space that supports deep relaxation, stress relief, and nervous system restoration.

Lynn Reublinger is a certified trauma-informed yoga instructor and Yoga Nidra facilitator She has a passion for creating inclusive spaces for individuals to rest, restore and connect with one another in the community. Her classes offer a gentle reprieve from the noise of daily life, providing an inclusive space where you can sink into deep rest, restore, and find meaningful connection within the community.

Natalie is a consultative guide for people who are on the path of inner work. She helps them navigate the "messy middle" of internal change by creating a reflective space where they can slow down, stabilize and begin to hear their inner voice again – so they can meet life with steadiness and self-trust.
