Our Ashtanga program

Mysore Style

Āsana taught one by one through individual instruction — a self-paced practice built gradually to each student's needs and abilities.

Intro to Ashtanga

30 minutes. Completely accessible. Deeply effective. Learn Sun Salutations and standing postures with focused attention on alignment, breath, and movement — adapted to your body. The ideal starting point for Mysore or Vinyasa.

Active Series

Designed by Paramaguru Sharath Jois — a balanced 60-minute foundations practice covering Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures, backbends, and Pranayama. Great for beginners.

Our classes

Signature
Vinyasa Open Level

Rooted in the Ashtanga lineage — breath as thread, each āsana woven into a seamless flow. Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures, backbends, inversions, and deep final relaxation.

All levels
With breathwork
Vinyasa & Pranayama

Drawing from the Primary and Intermediate Ashtanga series — Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures, backbends, and finishing postures, closing with Pranayama.

Intermediate · Prior asana experience required
Creative flow
Black Lotus

Rooted in apanic and pranic balance, Black Lotus explores the body's internal architecture through a creative flow of balances, lunges, twists, and backbends — playful yet focused.

Intermediate · Dynamic & energetic
Chanting & dharma
Jivamukti

A fixed 60-minute moving meditation — chanting, dharma, Sun Salutations, standing and seated postures, backbends, pranayama, and closing meditation.

All levels · 60 minutes
Deep rest
Restorative & Yoga Nidra

A guided meditative journey into profound relaxation and deep rest. Beginning with Restorative Yoga to settle the body, the practice transitions into an extended Savasana and Yoga Nidra — dissolving physical tension and quieting the mind with minimal effort.

All levels · No experience required
Restorative
Yin Yoga

Long-held floor postures targeting fascia, ligaments, and joints. Drawing on Traditional Chinese Medicine to stimulate meridian pathways — cultivating stillness, release, and equanimity.

All levels · Poses held 3–5 minutes
Subtle body
Vajra Yoga

A synthesis of Hatha Yoga and Tibetan Buddhist inner science. Specific methods for subtle body alignment underpin a vinyasa-based practice — closing in meditation to cultivate clear-light awareness.

All levels · Closing meditation
