Student to Teacher Journey

Sabrina is a 200hr RYT, Sekhem Reiki practitioner and space holder, devoted to the practice of embodiment as a pathway to self remembrance.

Trained through the Living Seed Yoga Center in New Paltz, NY, she has been teaching throughout the Hudson Valley for seven years, with roots in Jivamukti and somatic movement. 

Teaching Style & Influences

Outside of the studio, Sabrina is an oil painter and creative, inspired by the relationship between the physical and the unseen. Her connection to animals, children, and caregiving informs the subtle tenderness she brings into the room, creating spaces that feel both grounded and held.

An emphasis of yoga as a ritual of returning. A way of listening beneath the noise, into sensation and truth. Through practice, we shine a light of awareness on the places within us that ask to be seen and understood.
