Sabrina is a 200hr RYT and Sekhem Reiki practitioner devoted to embodiment as a pathway to self-remembrance. Trained through Living Seed Yoga Center in New Paltz, NY, she has been teaching throughout the Hudson Valley for seven years, with roots in vinyasa, Jivamukti, and slow somatic movement.
Teaching Style & Influences
Sabrina’s teaching weaves together breath, movement and awareness as a ritual of returning. An invitation to listen beneath the noise and reconnect to sensation and truth. Her classes are both grounding and intuitive, creating space for students to feel held, present and attuned.
Additional Interests
Outside the studio, Sabrina is an oil painter and creative, inspired by the relationship between the physical and the unseen. Her connection to animals, children and caregiving informs the quiet tenderness she brings into the spaces she holds.
